How to consume a Https Java webservice from an asp.net application?

I have to consume a https java webservice from an asp.net application. If you have implemented this earlier, please let me know the procedure.

We are unable to add https webservice into web references url from my citrix dev environment.

Please let me know if you have any suggestion regarding this.
