We are working with Mobile application. For database synchronization using SQL -> Mobilink -> ultralite combination, somehow getting error while synchronization

I am getting this error after these steps. Presently I am not connected from code, just working with SybaseCetral.

Open Mobilink Project

Create Consolidate database  using  SQL database (in house SQL R2)

Create Remote Ultralite schema

Create new Synchronization Model

Deploy the synchronization Model

Connect to Ultralite database

Right click and start synchronization. Giving the following error.
